The flakes are thinly cut and therefore more soluble and delicate. It contains a lot of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B complex and vitamin E. Rye is excellent in taste; the flakes are consistently firm and do not stick together, therefore they are suitable for the preparation of standalone dishes, side dishes and desserts.
