Parboiled is long grained rice packed in four bags where one bag represents one portion. In this way we do not need to weigh the bags, as we simply use as many bags as the number of persons. The rice is quickly ready in 10-15 minutes and does not overcook.

Parboiled is the English term for steamed rice. That means that the raw rice is by special procedure cooked by steaming, so does not become overcooked (parboiling) while cooking.
