Kamut is an ancient type of wheat. Grains of kamut have a high energy value and contain from 15 to 40% more protein than other cereals. Kamut is a rich source of vitamins, pantothenic and folic acid. It is an easily digestible cereal. It can be prepared as a risotto or porridge, or as an addition to soups, for example in vegetable stews or salads. From kamut flour we can prepare bread, cakes and pasta.
