The buckwheat groats is a specialty of the traditional Slovenian cuisine. It has the most harmonious protein structure that is more suitable for the body than the protein structure in meat, milk or soya and is therefore an important element of the nutrition of people who do not eat meat.
It is excellent for the preparation of main dishes, side dishes and desserts.
