Also called “the Himalayan prince of rice” it is one of the world’s most precious rice strains. It grows only in river basins at the foothills of the Himalayas and is predominantly harvested manually. It has a distinctive fragrant flavour and scent and is perfect for preparing main dishes, side dishes and desserts.
