3 rice is a unique combination of integral rice types, used instead of white rice to bring diversity to the dish. The mixture is a source of dietary fibre with a low fat content, has a rich flavour and a pleasant aroma, reminiscent of freshly baked bread.
Suitable for preparation of delicious risottos, as a side dish to seafood and fish or as an addition to one-pot dishes. Also excellent for preparation of cold salads.

All three rice types have the same cooking time. During cooking the water gets coloured because of the red and black rice, which is normal for those rice varieties.

Brown rice has a low glycaemic index and is a rich source of fibre, while red and black rice have a high vitamin and mineral content and also contain antioxidants.
